Sridhar Rammurthy is a strategic leader, scriptural thinker, and author who brings together over 25 years of corporate leadership experience with a deep exploration of ancient Indian wisdom. He has held senior roles across India’s leading insurance and consulting organizations, including CXO roles at Reliance Nippon Life, senior positions at PwC India’s Insurance Advisory, and senior leadership positions at Axis Max Life and ING Life.

Over the past decade, Sridhar has dedicated himself to decoding the timeless intelligence embedded in the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Bhagavad Gita, translating these into practical frameworks for modern leadership, decision-making, and human behaviour. His work is rooted in the belief that the challenges of today’s world require not just new solutions-but a rediscovery of ancient clarity.

He is the creator of the Itihaas Performance Model, a unique leadership framework that integrates scriptural insight with contemporary management practice. Through his writing, coaching, and corporate training programs, he works with leaders and organizations to build clarity, alignment, and purpose-driven performance.
